About the job
We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) to oversee our Product Roadmap. You will be responsible of defining and implementing the product roadmap of the Blockchain Consortium.
The PM role is a key member of the initial team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Responsibilities
• Define the Product Roadmap of the Consortium while balancing the needs from different stakeholders (Members, Partners, Users) and aligning with the Technology Roadmap
• Implement the Product Roadmap focusing specifically on those key aspects: API, Data Schema, Data Sources, Data Standards, Industry Processes, Data Monetisation
• Interact with Subject Matter Experts from Shipping, Trade Finance and other participants in Global Trade
• Build Business Cases and clearly formulate Product Value Proposition (USP)
• Ensure the Product Roadmap match the Data Flywheel Strategy of the Consortium
Requirements
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and high level of integrity
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• 5+ years experience in relevant field: Supply Chain Management / Logistics. Specific experience /
specialisation in Logistics Planning or (Maritime)
• Transportation Management Solutions is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with different stakeholders in the Shipping and Trade Finance industry
• Successful Track Record in Product Management
• Experience with Data Products preferred
• Self-driven and proactive to get the job done
• Exposure and familiarity with diverse business cultures
• English mandatory. Mandarin Chinese preferred
