1. Global Shipping Business Network Limited (GSBN) may subcontract the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement at any time.

2. You acknowledge that IQAX Limited is the GSBN Platform Operator and is a subcontractor of GSBN (Platform Operator).

3. GSBN may from time to time by written notice require you to comply with reasonable terms of use in connection with its use of the GSBN Platform which deal with restrictions on the your use of the GSBN Platform for operational, security, legal and regulatory compliance reasons (Platform Operator Terms of Use) as listed below:

4. You must comply with and ensure that all Authorised Users comply with the Platform Operator Terms of Use.

5. Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, GSBN and the Platform Operator may collect, analyse, use and disclose to its service providers, anonymous and aggregated data and information relating to the provision, use and performance of the GSBN Platform supplied under this Agreement for the purpose of assisting GSBN or the Platform Operator to assess and improve the GSBN Platform, or applications or services developed by GSBN.

Definitions

1. Authorised Users means a company or an individual who is authorised by you or the company you represent the Customer to access and use the GSBN Platform.

2. GSBN has the meaning given to that term in clause 1.

3. GSBN Platform ​​​is a blockchain platform provided by GSBN that enables supply chain participants to send and receive Information for the purpose of accelerating the digital transformation of global trade (and includes the provision of APIs, applications, or services developed by GSBN)

4. Platform Operator has the meaning given to that term in clause 2.

5. Platform Operator Terms of Use has the meaning given to that term in clause 3.
