Global Shipping Business Network (GSBN) is the neutral, not-for-profit consortium enabling paperless, accessible and sustainable global trade. We achieve this through our global data infrastructure and ecosystem of partners.
The GSBN ecosystem includes major shipping lines, global terminal operators, banks, application developers and other consortia. Our members are from across the maritime sector, including container, bulk and specialised cargo. We also partner with leading industry standards bodies and other parties, to ensure we address the full and future development of the industry.
As of August 2026, we have over 30,000 users, and our network accounts for more than half of the containers handled in the world.
